Payment Schedule

No reservation is held / scheduled until its availability and suitability are confirmed by the service provider, Ian Holland Project Management Professional Corporation, operating as Ian Holland, PMP® Corp. Every potential client will choose from available dates and timeslots on an online calendar and if, for any reason, there exists a conflict that is not yet on the client-facing calendar, we will so inform the client. Confidently assuming we’re able to confirm availability and suitability, the client will then be expected to pay for the first 7 calendar days of collaboration, 7 days in advance, and so on every week, as the service provider’s invoices will reflect.

Consistently, cancellations may be made if earlier than 7 days before the exhaustion of the client’s payments. If greater than 7 pre-paid calendar days’ notice is provided, any sum beyond what is required to pay for that 7-day period’s booked sessions is fully refundable to the client. Any shortage remains payable by the client.

Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by Client:

• For sessions scheduled to start in more than 7 days, the Client may cancel that day’s and subsequent reservations without penalty.

b. Refunds:

• Deposits for cancelled sessions will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

c. Termination

• Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice, subject to the cancellation policy and payment obligations outlined herein.
